This website is run by Mister Marketeer Pte. Ltd. (UEN 202026678G), a company registered in Singapore. In this policy, "we" and "us" mean Mister Marketeer.
We follow Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA).

- What you tell us. When you fill in a form, message us on WhatsApp, email or call us: your name, phone number, email, business name, website address and anything else you choose to write.
- How you use this website. Pages you visit, links and buttons you click, how long you stay, the device and browser you use, your approximate location (city or country) and the website or ad that brought you here.
We do not ask for NRIC numbers, payment card details or other sensitive data on this website.
3. Why we use it
- To reply to you and follow up on your enquiry.
- To understand which pages are useful and fix the ones that are not.
- To see which of our ads bring visitors, and to show our ads to people more likely to be interested.
We do not sell your personal data.
4. Cookies and the tools we use
We use cookies and tools from providers such as Google, Microsoft, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok and OpenAI; this list is not exhaustive and may change from time to time. Each of these companies handles data under its own privacy policy.
5. Who we share it with
With the service providers we use, for the reasons in this policy. We will also share data if the law requires it.
We use reputable providers and expect them to protect your data in line with the PDPA.
6. How long we keep it
We keep your details for as long as we need them for the reasons above, or as long as the law requires. After that we delete them or remove anything that identifies you.

Access to your details is limited to the people at Mister Marketeer who need it. We use reasonable security measures.
8. Your choices
When you first visit, you can accept or reject advertising cookies. You can change your choice at any time using Cookie settings at the bottom of this page. Basic site statistics are collected either way.
You can also email us to see or correct the personal data we hold about you, or to withdraw your consent. We may ask you to confirm your identity first.
